BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

Sessions can be booked online through this website. You can pay online by card at the time of booking, or reserve a time and pay at reception when you arrive. A booking is only confirmed once it appears in your account or confirmation email.

When you pay online, your chosen time is held for 5 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed in that time, the slot is released back to the calendar.

Session packages are valid for 12 months from purchase, are non-transferable, and can only be used by the account holder. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled and unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You need a RegenSuites account to book. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of the contact details on your account.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Our therapies are wellness services, not medical treatment, and are not a substitute for advice from your doctor. Before booking, review the contraindications listed for your chosen therapy — certain medical conditions mean a therapy is not suitable, and others require you to speak to your GP first. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.

You must follow the preparation guidance and the instructions of our team at all times. We may decline or stop a session where we believe it would be unsafe.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full (100% of the session fee). No-shows or missed appointments without communication will also be charged in full and may affect future bookings.

Thank you for respecting our time — each appointment slot is carefully reserved for you.

You can cancel or reschedule from your account page. Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method — please allow a few working days for it to appear.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted, RegenSuites is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
